chemicals and super weeds The most common food allergy I've read is milk. This wasn't the case prior to the 90's before rGBH was introduced into the cows. Since rGHB can kill the cows, antibiotics or some new substances were also added as a resistance or life line. Cow's milk was never good for you, its gross for us to consume when we think of its ecological significance (Tho I still did consume it as recently as a few days ago, now a vegan). Pesticides get into to our streams, create super weeds, and destroy life cycles. I would argue our whole food obtaining system (farming) is flawed, but that's a whole other topic.
