i have learned about ayurveda/yoga and some chinese health things. i eat organic food mostly if it is on sale or if i grew it, for health of self and the earth - no-spray and farmers markets. mostly, i try to eat least processed foods as possible, so sometimes i do not care if it is organic, so long as it does not have trans/preservatives or too much sugar, and try to eat kosher food combinations. i am interested in meeting a man who likes being healthy, but also is strong and can handle the great outdoors at the same time. "holistic" minded in more ways than one. i am interested in perhaps a small family and making a home of non-toxic, natural materials, or remodeling an old one to suit it.
