LOVE PRACTICING YOGA ALL THE TIME, AM VEGAN since 1978. Completed apprenticeship with living foods at a Sprout Gardener in Coral Gables, FL 1981. Am Alumni of Hippocrates Health Institute, West Palm Beach, FL. Am RETIRED with, stationary bike, sauna, oxygen, inversion unit and all the other props Yogi's and Yogini's enjoy. Meditation is a major part of a good practice as well. Am one of Zaltho Foundation and also Timber Hawkeye favorite fans. Swimming laps is a good thing. Love to dance hot latin moves on Ballroom floor. Also Ecstatic dance. I choose not to consume intoxicants like alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and firearms be they legal or illegal. Am a honorably discharged veterans. Like good cinema and audio. Can dress up. However, prefer mostly loose organic clothing and threads. Love children. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY till 30 years old. Am not a so called 'rich man'. Then again some of us are truly poor with Love of Power and Love of Money vs. Power of Love and Money of Love. It is said Health is True Wealth! With many paths to choose in life, all paths lead from within. You will find me where beings are loving, kind, that share wisdom, Love and generosity. Drumming with sacred dancers is a gift for all of us. And of course where good vegan food is loved. Love pets. Prefer dogs. Respect religious beliefs of others. Currently am happy to practice Yoga, Buddhism, Kabballah. Am one of those folks known as a "JUBU" (Jewish Buddhist). that SMILES and is open heart and opened mind in any venue.
